All South Australians are invited to share their views on draft legislation to enshrine the value of the arts in South Australia.

As a state we have a strong sense of cultural identity and a proud history as a national leader in the arts, cultural and creative industries which form part of our collective DNA.

CreateSA (formerly Arts South Australia) is leading the development of the draft Bill, which seeks to:

• recognise the importance of arts, culture and creative industries in South Australia
• provide the foundation for all South Australians benefit from and can participate in arts, culture and creativity of our state
• ensure ongoing commitment to maintaining a South Australian policy for arts, culture and creativity.

Public consultation is currently open and closes on Sunday 27 April 2025.
