Open to funded organisations only (small-to-medium and major organisations), this grant supports the expansion of markets through regional, national and international touring. Touring Support provides opportunities to extend audiences and the life of South Australian works and includes all art forms.
Activity may include:
- one-off presentations away from your home base (for example, if you are based in Adelaide, a presentation in a regional, interstate or international area is eligible but a one-off presentation in Adelaide is not)
- tours to more than one venue in your home base and away from your home base (for example, one presentation in your home base of Adelaide does not constitute a tour, but seasons in multiple venues in your home base of Adelaide or elsewhere does)
- developing and/or implementing virtual opportunities and avenues for the presentation of established work (which may or may not be monetised) as an alternative to physical presentation
- developing and/or implementing new models of, and opportunities for, more sustainable presentation that reduces carbon emissions.
This category supports the touring of established work that has premiered, exhibited or been presented or the translation of this work through digital opportunities. Please note that you can also apply in the Market Development category for tour development activity to support the development of new touring activity.
Important note:
To assist you with your application, read the Arts and Culture Grants Program General Guidelines before you apply.
